FrontecStore is a leading distributer of high quality laundry parts.  Our highly responsive staff has been in the laundry industry for decades and we pride ourselves in our extensive industry and parts knowledge and excellent customer service.  Our friendly staff will kindly assist you before, during and after your purchase – and is always available whenever you need us.

We know that machines break and when they do so, it can be a burden on time and finances. FrontecStore promises to assist you promptly, while delivering excellent customer service. We will do everything we can to get your machine up and running as soon as possible.

Store Policy

Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 1 business day after completed PayPal Payment.
Please note that orders can be delayed if your PayPal payment does not clear immediately.

Please check your shipping address carefully before checkout as it can cause delays in your delivery and cannot be changed once your order has been completed and en route.

Orders will be marked as processed/shipped when the item is on its way to you.
Some of the smaller items may not be trackable with a tracking number.

Orders will not be processed on weekends and public holidays.
International buyers: please check your local customs duty/tax before placing orders.
Any import tax will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Payment

We accept PayPal and major credit cards.
Payment will be held until cleared.
Your full name and shipping address MUST be included in the PayPal payment.

Returns

Buyer should check the package upon delivery.
If the package is damaged during the freight, please refuse to sign for the package so it can return to us!! Then contact us promptly!!

Refunds are offered only, if items are returned in an unused and unopened condition.
Only manufacturer defective parts will be offered an exchange.

Return shipping will be the buyer’s responsibility.
If you need to return a part, please check that the part is indeed defective, and contact our customer service representative. Let us know of the problem and, if possible, send us some pictures of the defective item for confirmation.

Customer Service will provide you with an RA # which you MUST include with the return.

We may not receive the packages if the buyer does not follow the RA instructions.
We will not be able to solve such cases and buyer will be solely responsible for the consequences.

International buyers: it is IMPORTANT to declare your package as “Product for Return” on the Customs Declaration Form.

If we have made an error in shipping, we will pay a return shipping fee.
