Terms & Conditions


  • Orders will be shipped within one (1) business day after completed PayPal Payment.

           *Please note that orders can be delayed, if the PayPal payment does not clear immediately.

  • Please check your shipping address carefully before checkout.

          *It cannot be changed once your order has been fulfilled.

  • Orders will not be processed on weekends and public holidays.

  • International buyers: please check your local customs duty/tax before placing orders.

          *Any import tax will be the buyer’s responsibility.


  • We accept PayPal and major credit cards.

  • Payment will be held until cleared.


  • Buyer should check the package upon delivery.

          *If the package is damaged during the freight, please refuse to sign for the package so it can return to us. Then contact us immediately.

  • Refunds are offered only, if items are returned in an unused and unopened condition.

          *Only defective parts will be offered an exchange.

  • Return shipping will be the buyer’s responsibility.

  • If you need to return a part, please check to make sure the the parts is indeed defective.

          *Contact our customer service representative to let us know of the problem.

            If possible, send us some pictures of the defective part(s) for confirmation.

            Customer Service will provide you with an RA # which you MUST include with your return.

  • We may not receive the packages if the buyer does not return it according to the RA instructions.

          *We will not be able to process such a case and buyer will be solely responsible for the consequences.

  • International buyers: it is IMPORTANT to declare your package as “Product for Return” on the Customs Declaration Form.

  • If we have made an error in shipping, we will pay a return shipping fee.
